Yes - brand new from 8liners.com. I gave them the H and V yoke
impedence when I ordered it, and they sent me this model and told me
to add 2 ohms (10 watts) to the H coil (in series). I I have e-mailed
them, but have not heard back.

Adding resistance in series with the horizontal circuit will likely cause more harm than good. The horizontal yoke winding is part of a resonant tank, along with the flyback transformer and a capacitor. There's a lot of juice bouncing back and forth in there and adding impedance will dissipate a bunch of power as heat. You might have to add inductance to get the horizontal width to adjust within range though.
