I have done some research and it seems like this could be the cause of
a bad Flyback Transformer. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions
for me? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Start with a cap kit if it hasn't had one recently, if it still won't start up you probably have a bad solder joint.
