You can buy *** metal at better hardware stores, or *** metal suppliers. If you want nice panels made, you could try one of the services that makes custom front panels, I think one is called Front Panel Express. No experience with them but you download their CAD program, draw it up, and order and they send you your custom panel. Waterjet cut I believe.
