I've never posted about a bad eBay seller before, but this guy was such an ignorant douchebag....
His name is Corey McFetridge, and he lives in Whitehall, PA (just north of Allentown), which is a 6 hour drive from me.

I won his auction for a non-working Time Pilot:

I've been searching for a nice looking Time Pilot for a very long time.  This game looked very good cosmetically; solid cabinet with
no lock bar holes, nice CP, side art not ripped up and minimal scratches.  He put a crappy stick and buttons on it, but I've been
saving an NOS Monroe stick just for that purpose.  And I don't care that it's not working... I've got all the innards for a TP three
times over.  So I was very excited to win the auction.
I paid for the item (he insisted on PayPal, which I thought was a bit odd for pick-up only) and made arrangements to have the game
picked up.  All seems well.  A week has passed since auction end, and I email him trying to firm up a date and time for pickup that
works best for him.  Then he drops the bomb....
Here is the unedited exchange:

I'm glad you emailed me. I'm actually going to refund you your money, because I was able to get the machine working again! I changed
the power supply, and voila! It's just like new again. I'll be sending you your money back via paypal. I hope there are no hard
feelings. Thanks.

[Me]
I don't think you understand how this works.  I legally own that game..  Why would you be changing the power supply in my game?  You
can put the dead power supply back and I'll be ready to pick up the game.

[Corey]
Dude, I've already refunded you your money. You should have in your paypal account very soon. That's just the way it's going to be.

I'm not going to get into some kind of war of words with you. I refunded you your money already. I have the right as the seller to
do that. This transaction is over.

[Me]
No, you don't have the right.  The auction is a legal contract for sale, and I made payment.  It's as simple as that.  You will be
reported to eBay.

[Corey]
You can report me to ebay all you want. Look at our feedback ratings. I have what, like 3 times as many transactions as you? I would
say, you're practically a newbie!

So don't bother trying to educate me on what I can, and can't do. I'm more familiar with it, than you'll ever be.

You got your money back. There is no more contract. Go ahead and contact them. Better yet, contact paypal. I shouldn't have expected
you to be a man about it. I guess, I gave you too much credit!

[Me]
I've been an eBay member for more than twice as long as you.  Do you see any negatives in my feedback?
I think it's pretty clear who's not being a man here.

[Corey]
You can say what you want, but length of time, matters not. The amount of transactions is what matters. You're a lemonade stand, I'm
Walmart. You get what I'm  sayin?

Besides, this is all irrelevant. Go to ebay, and paypal, with your complaint. You'll find that I am right. You think, that I would
have done this without first covering my bases? I already checked with paypal prior to doing this. Guess what? I can do it, and I'm
well within my rights to do it. Go talk to them. Unfortunately for you, you'll find that I am right.

[Me]
OK Walmart.  Will do.

Matt;
You can add arrogant to the list.
