That game uses a 3DFX VooDoo card which isnt capable of 2D text. If
you have a bad hard drive or video card the game will never boot. The
only way to be sure of where your problem lies is to test the parts in
another machine.

thanks for the tip!  I will ck the hd in another game . The boost
button keeps flashing if that helps also . JR

FYI, last time I checked those drives cant be copied. If you do have a
bad drive you will need to buy a replacement from Happ or Betson.
