Yes.. I don't get the fuss? The whole "public performance" thing is a bit
blown out of proportion. All you gatta do to take a run at the record is
tape the whole thing per the TG rules and submit the tape. You don't HAVE to
do it in a public venue. That's not in the TG rules, it a mystique
perpetrated by Mitchell and Wiebe. (though I agree public is "cooler" - but
not mandatory)

If you wanna do overkill, pull the board at the end of the game, have a
Notary Public seal it in a box (on the same running tape) and take it to
mail it to TG for inspection - if you wanna be really anal - keep the
camcorder running until it gets to the post office.

I guarantee that if someone did the above, thier name would soon be as known
as Wiebe and Mitchell, And the next time there was a big DK event, thier
name would have to be on the guest list.

If you wanna go "public" the big event in NH is coming soon enough.
