Any numbers on the chips?

I was going to say it looks around the era of Ghosts n Goblins/Ghouls but then I saw the QFP and I don't recall one being on those boards, plus I remember those as being double boards rather than single.

Any copyright dates or any other info?

Guess the next thing it to scan in the chips.
