If you have a HV probe, then make sure you are getting 19.6Kv
under the anode. Less will make the monitor lose focus.

Since I have a spare 6100, I was able to isolate the HV board. It has
been recapped & reflowed. All of the diodes & resistors test OK in-
circuit. I removed R922 which tested off, but was right-on out of
circuit. My B+ is right at 181V.
Could this be a faulty flyback? There is an intermittent whine coming
from somewhere, which causes the screen to flicker.
