TECH: Ivan Stewart Off Road Video Corruption

I have an Ivan Stewart Off Road with video corruption problem.

The start screens and all the screens up to the race appear fine.
During a race, about 1 to 3 minutes into the race, on the left side
corrupted pixels start to appear, and go towards the middle, and then
really start occurring heavy on the middle left.

When the video corruption begins, the game starts lagging horrible and
is not playable due to lag (and the pixelization makes it hard to play
too)

Trying to upload a movie to youtube showing the problem, but having
problems there. I'll update if I ever get that working.

Any suggestions or anybody go thru this problem before??
