megatouch MAXX boot error HELP!!!

megatouch JADE:
it worked fine,but, now when i turn it on it comes to the line
"mounting other file systems" FAILED. then it goes down some more
lines and comes to "checking for bad blocks (read only text) 3936 /
504031".
and it stops booting there. it just stays on that screen....
anyone seen this error?
