Tech: DK Jr.

Recently received a Donkey Kong Jr. PCB that had issues. Ran
through both Scott and Mike's troubleshooting info, pics, etc.
and got the game to boot. However, the screen is upside down
and some of the moving sprites do move, while others are
stuck in the middle of the screen (like they are gathered
together). Most of the background sprites are present (all
may be, but are being blocked by the forground sprites that
are present or corrupted).

I've replaced or verified all PROMs (not color, since those
are fine). I'm thinking this is a logic issue of some kind,
but am not making any headway finding the cause. I did notice
if I mucked around with voltages I could get the background
100%, but there are NO forground sprites at all (moving or
not).

As I said above, I've been going through both Mike and Scott's
sites, but haven't found the root cause yet. Anyone have any
suggestions or ideas?

It must be me, since I've tried going through the Nintendo
schematics and can't make heads or tails of them. I seem to
do better with other manufacturers.
