Re: BAD EBAY'ER: "just-enough-to-wet-my-beak" AVOID

Here's some recent GEMS from this jack ass when he finally did his
monthly emailing to me: (after I left him negative feedback and also
tried to get my money from him one last time - oh and after he finally
picked up the boards from the post office.)

WOW THESE WORK THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's full of *** (again) because the boards he sent me had no Z80's
in them and missing 2 ROMS per card (except the sound boards.)

This guy really sounds bipolar or possibly some sort of addict. One
second he's calm and cool then the next second (after you call him
out) he's pulling this ***.

Oh well - Paypal refunding my $58 so I'm good. It's not the money -
it's the principle,

Hahha.. that's the favorite line of every street vendor on earth.. Look, I
make XXXX you think I care about your YYY? That almost 100% of the time is
a BS statement. If you made that much a month would you really be hawking
crapo boards on ebay and fighting about the money when you make a mistake?

Steer clear of this *** sucker at all costs.

Auction was for 2 Omega Race sets - I received 2 Double Play PCBs
(stripped of chips.) The guy claimed the REAL Omega Race boards were
shipped to the wrong guy and that he would get the guy to send them to
me. Well, after I pressed harder the guy tried to blame it on the
mixup in shipping and that the 'other guy' was being a real jerk and
that I should email the guy to get the boards.

Each email was a progressively worse lie than the first. Eventually,
the guy just said 'keep the boards and I'll send you something instead
- tell me what you're looking for.' I said I just wanted the boards
or my money back.

His resolution was 'just make a Paypal claim.'

My problem was with him - not Paypal but I did a claim anyway because
I was getting close to the 45 day limit and I knew this ass-hat was
counting on the 45 day time period running out by giving me run
around. (i.e. taking 4, 5, 7 days to respond to emails.)

So, made the Paypal claim and the guy LIES to the Paypal inquiry and
said the boards were exactly what were advertised in the auction and
that the buyer was just mad that they didn't work.

So, I gave the guy _plenty_ of chances and _time_ to fix his problem.
The jack ass decided to string me along and make it difficult so I
called him out on it.

Real _dick_ just avoid him if you can.

I bought a couple of boards from this guy, and got exactly what I had
paid for, but after reading this post, I'll be a little reluctant to
return for seconds.

If you read his feedback it's hit and miss. I don't understand how a
guy can have so much good feedback and follow through with
transactions and then _completely_ *** up the next transaction and be
such an ass about all of it.

One of the other stellar comments he made to me was 'I make $7,000 a
month - do you think I care about your $58??' So, I don't know if
this dude is bi-polar or what but those are not the words of a good
businessman.- Hide quoted text -
