TECH-1983 Sega Face Off Bubble Hockey

Picked up a real clean one as a project in non-working condition.
It'll occasionally boot and kick the puck out, but the sound FX are
garbled and really has no functionality beyond that. It has a SEGA
board in it,and to the best of my research, it has no connection with
the Chexx games of the same period ( I understand Chexx used a board
built by MOOG in the those days).
My voltages (don't know about the amps, though) are good and the cpu
is clean enough to eat off of. I've reseated all socketed chips and
checked connectors.
Its worth noting it's power supply has 5v, 12v, and 8v.
I was told to change the power supply but can't find one with all 3
voltages. I suppose I could use the new P.S. for the 5 and 12v, and
leave the 8v hooked up to the old P.S., but only want to do that as a
last resort...
