Donkey Kong Jr. backdoor dimensions

Getting a new acquisition, but it's missing the back door (upright) - anyone
have the dimensions handy, or could tell me if there are any "extra" bits or
slots I'd need to cut into it? - never had a DK cabinet yet, just a cocktail
- the UR is much more fun IMO.
Would be nice to prepare as much before it arrives.
