Ms Pacman monitor

I have just purchased an original upright Ms Pacman. Unfortunately,
there is alot of screen burn and I would like to replace the monitor.
Any recommendations on what to buy and how to do it?? I can't seem to
find any good links on this.
Also, is this an RGB monitor??
