Sorry guys, we are all getting sued by him now. I got an email from
him today stating that he plans to sue me for libel. He actually
spelled it liable though. Even contacted Ebay to get my personal
information because I got an email from Ebay showing my personal info
and his personal info. I guess we are all in the same boat. Good
luck guys! :)

Purchased a 4 player Sunset Riders pcb from BBu9715...@xxxxxxx on Ebay
a few weeks ago. Paid instantly the auction was over. 5 days later I
emailed him to see if the board was sent out. Received email saying
he lost the board and was going to pull one from a location game and
send it out as soon as possible. He also said if he couldn't find one
he'd refund my money. Received board 5 days later and plugged it into
my TMNT game. Came up with bad rom error. Emailed him and was told
to reseat the chip and check the voltage to the board. Reseated the
chip and I don't have the means to check voltages but it did go into a
working TMNT cab so I know its fine. Still got the same error.
Emailed him again and was told the game was working before it shipped
out and thats the last email he has replied with. Sent my defective
chip to a very helpful RGVAC member. Of course I somehow decided to
send him the wrong chip. He did notice that the chip comes up saying
the board is a Japan 2 Player version. Not sure what thats going to
do once I plug it into my machine but it does have the 3rd and 4th
player harness connector on the board. I figured this seller wouldn't
be a problem since he's a power seller and seems to have credible
feedback. I'm just throwing out a warning to anybody else who might
run across his auctions.
Heh, he sent the board by USPS, correct? He deliberately and
Intentionally misrepresented the product and or service that you
purchased from him, by substituting it with an inferior product, which
was not representative of the original terms of sale. Sounds like
from the shipping time he's in a different state from you as well.
You do still have the board that he sent you? Sounds like you're not
the one who has much to worry about in the legal department to me :)
I don't see anything in any of your postings (or anyone else for that
matter) that could be considered libel.
By the way did you open up a dispute with eBay on this. I would
demand my money back.
