Interest in SW/ESB switchable PCB

I am doing the SW to ESB hack based on Cliff Koch's hack and was
wondering if there was any interest in a run of pcb's for the daughter
board needed to do this. I can wire one up on my own but I can also
run a batch of manufactured pcbs. Much neater. Just gauging interest.

Better yet if someone has a few pcbs left over from the John Linville
pcb sale let me know.
