Yep, definitely the power supply going. If turning it up slightly does
not take care of it, go ahead and replace it and you will not have to
worry about it.

the monitor, marquee light, etc. still turn on even though the game
does not? If so, it is the power supply causing the problem. You can
try turning it up a little bit, but if that does not do the trick, just
get yourself one from Todd at TNT and replace it.
