It sounds like you done all the basic stuff now it's on to the grunt work.
First I would check to see if your socket is good at RAM location 1-3-2.

If that doesn't help I would check the 3 buffer chips at locations 1H, 3H
and 4H.

Hi all,
I bought a Duramold Blaster off of Ebay recently.Had to do some work on
the PS and replaced the CMOS RAM chip but I did get the game to boot
up.(albiet without sound)
Shortly after the game went into a 1-3-2 ram error code as displayed on
the LED located on the ROMboard.
Here's what I've done to try to clear things up.....unsuccessfully so far.

Replaced the PS with a switcher
Replaced all 4116 rams with new
Measured -5v,+5v and +12v on each RAM (this should prove sockets are OK,at
least on those pins)
Tested decoder 4 and 6 chips in a working Robotron.Chips test ok
Reflowed solder on all board connector pins
Replaced microprocessor with new
Measured +5 volts on microprocessor pin
Adjusted +5v up and down a bit to see if microprocessor was voltage
sensitive

Any ideas where to go from here? Could the clock be at fault?
I read somewhere that the 74153 in position 3D on the board could be
bad.How do I determine position 3D?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
