Hum and other sounds from speakers

Hey guys,
On my Crisis Zone Delux machine there is a hum and other various more
high pitched noises which come out of the speakers. Interestingly
enough the noises seem to change depending on the image displayed on
the tv screen. Typically when a lighter image is shown the noise gets
more high pitched/louder. Anyone know why this happends? Thanks!
