There are a number of them.

Gameland in Lake Geneva, WI has an excellent selection of games, but they
don't keep up with the maintenance on them.

Gameworks in Schamburg, IL

There is an arcade I don't know the name of near Northbrook, IL that has all
games for a nickle after you pay the cover fee.
