I switched to NAVL a few shipments ago and have been completely happy.
Because they are a 'mover' they seem to take more care in what they ship..
much like if they were moving your home, they don't want to be responsible
for even the slightest nick or ding in the game. They have always picked up,
wrapped additional padding on anything I may have put on and strapped the
game to the side of the truck.. Add in door to door service and it's worth
the extra 40 bucks on top of pilot etc..
just my experiences.

navl is a moving company, i dont know why people started using them to
ship games. you should use a freight shipper, so its packed properly,
insured and strapped to a pallet like it ssupposed to be. (fed ex
freight, yellow, towne air, usf holland, forward air....are just a
few). also, they usually charge less (if you have an account) and ship
faster. you can ship from maine to california in 4 -5 days with most
freight shippers.
