I too have him on my "do not buy from list". He had listed some items
earlier and I had a couple of questions. His answers appeared purposely
vague and when I told him I was local and would like to see/pickup the
items if I won, his responses stopped mysteriously.

Then, a couple of weeks ago, I asked him to verify how he knew the
Robotron cpo he listed was NOS and not a repro. I asked this question
twice, first 5 days prior to close and then 3 days prior. No response.

No one lists items on eBay and ignores the listings before they
close....No one. You have every right to state your opinion of him, but
I think you're taking quite the risk. And, remember, you are known by
the company you keep!
