Centipede, - 5v died, and now what????

Hi all,
Any Ideas on what might have happened to a centipede board after the -5
volt reg. died? It read 0 neg volts, but donot know if it spiked. Now
it just sits in a test mode color screen.

I need help on this one if you can.
