Can a TV repair place fix these? I haven't removed it from the cabinet yet, but I suppose I could do that and haul it somewhere for
repair...

Re: Freshly patched tube test. ... failures are impossible to repair.... *and* a spare tube.... I usually try to fix it by patching without ...spare tube for a second puncture. ... (rec.bicycles.tech)
