Hi. Thanks for the pointers so far.
Indeed, I had noticed that there was a glob of glue around the flyback
brightness pot that looks like it got loose. Perhaps it moved by mistake
while Cap Kit was applied. It is for a friend's machine so I will have him
check soon.
The monitor is a:
Wells Gardner
Model No. 25K7193
