Moth balls. Also The problem is mice and rats are attracted to the Em
feild the games produce. I would try one of the ultra sonic things you
plug into the wall. The mice are dont like it very much. Also if you
decide on a cat get the runt of the lidder. Get a female and get it
fixed asap. That way it should not pee alover. Also put the litterbox
down there with the games. The mice get that smell and they wont come
around. As for the chimpmunks. Dont know. I would try a hardware store
or a nursery. Not the big stores but a local one. They might be able to
tell you. But one thing. If they tell you to do anything with beer.
Dont. It attracts cockroaches.
