Electrohome GO5801 help (1/2 inch horizontal line)

I have a Lunar Lander monitor that when its turned on the picture is
squished to a 1/2 inch horizontal line.before I take it to my friend
who I know can fix it I thought it might be fun to try and fix it.If
its just something like replacing a transister I can do that.I allready
reflowed the soldier on all the pins but no difference.Game does play
blind well alittle more then blind since you can see 1/2 inch of it.Any
