It seems really good for people who are honest. I think its not
protected against dishonest people really. If some one wants to screw
you on paypal, they make it easy for that to happen. Thats it in one
sentance. Its to the point where it feels like they are aiding
criminals in fradulent credit card charges.

Google, don't fail me now...
