Here in rec.games.vectrex, John <john@xxxxxxxxxx> spake unto us, saying:

I am pretty sure DVE will only run on Windows 98, Windows 95, or DOS.
This means NT, 2000, or XP will not work. That is one of the main
reasons for the talk about upgrading.

Will it run inside DOSBOX?

I was able to run 1.4, but it was slow and choppy no matter the DosBox
settings (on my P4-2GHz machine). I didn't have much success even running
the newer stuff.
