Wrong.  The card was banned from _Tournament_ Play.  But is still legal
to play in casual environments.  All cards are legal in casual environments,
even the ones that talk about ante (if all players agree to use that old
mechanic).

I'm sorry, how does your statement make me 'wrong'? It WAS added to
the banned list. And banned cards STILL do not need to be coded. Your
statement, as true as it may or may not be, doesn't make me wrong. It
is interesting trivia, but not trivia I particularly would focus on.

If you look at the handful of threads where LSJ makes a REVERSAL of his
own answer in the same thread, you'll see how difficult it is to handle
all possible card interactions programmatically.

If it was easy, someone would have done it overnight. I did project
that it would take years, didn't I?

Technically impossible? _Maybe_ not, although extremely difficult.
Effectively impossible given the cost:benefit ratio? Absolutely yes.

Please show me your estimated cost to benefit ratio. Because I don't
think you've done the market research.
