I agree with this post.

I'd be perfectly happy with a setup like that, although possibly with
the extra "Choose an Imperator" reward on top. It wouldn't have to be
that, obviously. Perhaps the winner might get to cast a vote for one of
several locations or Trophies to be printed or awarded to their clan or
something.

But a fairly vanilla storyline might be a nice change from the more
unconventional rules.
