Just providing another update.
I wish I had better news but as of this time, the site is still down. The
files and databases are all in place so nothing is missing - its all about
permissions, DSNs and the like. The new "improved" control panel for the ISP
is light years behind the other one - and it is a freak'n mess. I have spent
hours and hours on hold for their technical support over the past week and
all I get is "you can't do that from the new control panel" or "I'm really
not sure how to do that". Sheesh. The site worked fine a week ago and now it
doesn't. Only thing that has changed is on thier end - so why do I have to
go to great lengths just prove to them that my stuff actually works?
Don't worry - I'll have it up and running as fast as I possibly can. I'll
continue to try and get the site working with this ISP but if it drags on
too much longer, I'll probably be looking for another home to house the
Path. Uggg...
