I only openned 2 boxes... There's alot of rares I didn't get. I can
somewhat understand that. Alot of uncommons I didn't get either,
missing 18 of them and most I just have 7 cards that I only have 1 copy
of. Big ones missing were Dogs of war which I got in the starters,
Frontal Assualt, Freak drive, Shattered Mirror, and Instability. Made
me sad that I only got 2 helicopters (More in starter's so it's ok),
and 1 forger's hammer. Only got 1 Hexaped, but that's not two big a
deal to me... Wish I got more Abbots (3) and Auto-da-fé (2)
But in 2 boxes I got 1 rumble, 1 Grooming the Protégé, 1 Corrupt
Construction, and 1 esbat which are all commons. If rumbles didn't
come in the starters, I won't even have enough to play with. And boy
did I want more groomings...
I can't be too sad, I got a hungry coyote (1) which I always wanted,
Inconnu Tutelage (1), NRA PAC (1), Yawp Court (1) and Heart of
Nizchetus (1)
Course I got like 4 JS Simmons... Starting to hate that man...
It's also funny how only the rares in my boxes were slightly damaged.
The top on the card has a little dent. Not all of them, but some do...

Now, I have purchased 3 boxes of every set of VTES. In every instance,
I have either gotten a full set or missed somewhere between 10 and 30
RARES. I have always had a complete set of commons and uncommons. As
you can see I am missing vampires and uncommons. In most cases I have
2-3 of certain rares but one 1 copy of an uncommon (7 copies of
Telepathic Vote Counting really sucks!) or 2-3 copies of a common.
Other third edition observations:
Only 2 or 3 offcenter cards and no frayed edges in my cards
Opened one pack that had 10 cards (no rare)!

Anyway. Has anyone else seen this uneven distrbution in there cards?

On a separate issue, of the 31 missing cards, only 2 are new cards that
I don't already own from previous sets. I know, this is the nature of
the beast but it does get aggravating.
I had the same issue with Legacies of Blood. I bought three boxes, plus
approximately 10 packs from also playing/winning that pre-release. From
those cards I was 30 cards shy. Here is what I was missing:

Only one was a new card, but at least they were all rares. However, the
distribution was very even among each common, uncommon and rare,
respectively.
