Third Edition Card Distributiion

All,

Let me first say, that this is not a complaint session. I am concerned
about VTES and want to make sure its heading in the right direction.
I'm not trying to bash or foster negativity. I just want to address a
concern.

So, that said, I am wondering how everyone has done with collecting a
set of Third Edition? I am concerned with the distribution I have seen
from the cards I purchased, which was 3 boxes of boosters, 1 box
starters and 11 packs from playing/winning the prerelease. I have seen
some really wacky distribution. After all those boxes I am missing 2
commons, 5 uncommons and assorted rares.

Now, I have purchased 3 boxes of every set of VTES. In every instance,
I have either gotten a full set or missed somewhere between 10 and 30
RARES. I have always had a complete set of commons and uncommons. As
you can see I am missing vampires and uncommons. In most cases I have
2-3 of certain rares but one 1 copy of an uncommon (7 copies of
Telepathic Vote Counting really sucks!) or 2-3 copies of a common.

Other third edition observations:
Only 2 or 3 offcenter cards and no frayed edges in my cards
Opened one pack that had 10 cards (no rare)!

Anyway. Has anyone else seen this uneven distrbution in there cards?

On a separate issue, of the 31 missing cards, only 2 are new cards that
I don't already own from previous sets. I know, this is the nature of
the beast but it does get aggravating.
I had the same issue with Legacies of Blood. I bought three boxes, plus
approximately 10 packs from also playing/winning that pre-release. From
those cards I was 30 cards shy. Here is what I was missing:

Only one was a new card, but at least they were all rares. However, the
distribution was very even among each common, uncommon and rare,
respectively.
