Well, the Sanctum may surprise you a bit, and the Planes are quite
tough if you're underprepared (full healing, speed, ...).

I've got full speed (boots + gift from my god + spell + Quantum
mechanic). Hey, while I'm at it: if I'm wearing boots and have the
intrinsic, is there any point in casting the spell?

Speed boots are fine. Just don't get burdened (or even stressed)
if you can avoid it; *that* would slow you down.
