None at all. In fact, if you're wearing boots (or have cast the spell,
the two are equivalent and non-cumulative), it doesn't matter wether or
not you have the intrinsic.

Speed sources are not cumulative. There's sources of fastness
(intrinsic, whichever way you got it), and sources of very-fastness
(spell, boots). Very fast overrides fast.

Beware: eating a quantum mechanic corpse, uncharacteristically (but
what good is consistency if you can make a bad pun instead?) toggles
the intrinsic, instead of always activating it.
