If there are misleading entries or if they are non-consistent with the
game I'd issue a bug report.

If it's a clear bug. Often this is not so clear. We have a monster in the
game and a small quote from some fictional source. Maybe the devteam based
some features of the monster on the source, maybe some of the features
aren't present in the source at all, maybe the gameplay-wise important
features are in the source but not in the quoted abstract, etc. It can be
misleading without actually saying wrong things.
