I am seriously thinking about adding tiles support to Warp Rogue after
version 1.0.0. Mainly because I remember that I refused to play ASCII
roguelikes at the beginning, but somehow where happy with Angband's
craptacular graphics. I am talking about the 16x16 tileset. I can do such
crappy graphics too. In fact I could do 24x24 i.e. GoldBox style. Mostly

Where is this GoldBox stuff available?

"GoldBox" is a name given to RPGs made by SSI in the early 90s. They all
used the same engine, and later that engine was released as a game creator
to allow people to make their own GoldBox games. This game creator is called
"Unlimited Adventures", many people drew tiles for their games, and those
tiles are usually free for non-commercial use. Google for "Unlimited
