Like you, I went to download the implementation a few days ago and
found the link to be invalid. Thankfully it turns out I downloaded the
file one of my other computers some weeks ago and forgot about it.

Also, I wish to take this opportunity to point out some undesirable
behavior in the implementation as given:

I e-mailed the author the other day and he is aware of the broken link
and the odd behavior illustrated by the set of images. He seems to
have an idea on how to fix he problem.
