Hi Brigand,
I was going to reply in the other thread, but I see you've made a lot
of significant improvements so it's probably not relevant now.
All the improvements are really cool, the game is coming along nicely.
I tried out version 1.056 and made it down to dungeon level 5, before
I got too over-confident with a blue slime, which killed me!
A few little thoughts:
1. A site would be useful. It would be great for displaying
information before downloading, having an official location for the
game and make it easy for people to find the latest version.
2. The story text is a bit difficult to read. I found I was
concentrating more on trying to work out the letters than what it was
saying.
3. I could step into the squares with trees in. Is that meant to
happen?
4. When I stpped in squares with fire, I got multiple messages saying
I was getting burnt.
5. Some creatures stepped in fire, but they didn't get hurt. Life is
so unfair ;)
