rephial.org has both the released version and a page on obtaining
and compiling the latest development version. I use svn to checkout
the source and compile myself (the unusual step here is having to
run autogen.sh to generate the configure script), but Takkaria
provides nightly builds for common platforms - I've never
downloaded one but again I think instructions are on rephial.org
rephial.org nightly builds are only for windows. There is link for
MacOSX nightly builds, but it is not in rephial.org

Since I run Linux, neither would help me (though I might be able to run
the Windows binaries under Wine if I wanted to). Fortunately, I was
expecting to have to compile it from SVN anyway, and in point of fact
I'd probably prefer that to running precompiled binaries.
