Nice. Now that I'm again getting bored of MoO and I'm little bit too
familiar with angband I'll start (finally) to make my own variant. This
3.1.0 being free makes it my base. I don't then need to clean code myself
to make it GPL.

Basically (if I someday manage to finish it) it will be cross of
Frog-knows and modern angband with influences of GW-angband and few of my
own tweaks here and there.

Now this is both exciting and terrifying in equal measure.
