I've started playing and the capital direction keys aren't doing what I'm used
to them doing. (I always use roguelike commands) and the help file isn't
working to find out why.

nevermind, those keys are working now (they seem to work in the dungeon but not
above ground). Still wonder what happened to the help file.

What version are you using, 3.0.7s or the development branch? I can't
reproduce either of them in the dev branch.

3.0.7s, windows. I figured it out already, I think it's just the disturb
whenever viewable monsters move option. I didn't think I had it set off before,
but I guess I did. Or else it ignored town monsters anyway before.
