changes in the windows configuration don't seem to help.
Switching my keyboard to english layout (via control panel functions) is not
recognized by Entroband. It continues to assume the german keyboard layout.

Hengband-1.6.2-win-eng wich is also running on my comp does recognize
the @-character. No probs with that.
