Dragonscale armor is intrinsically worth 50Kgp or more. The cost of
uncursing it and enchanting it is trivial in comparison. It would be a
real drag to find some really yummy dragonscale, then find out it's
cursed and watch it disappear. (Actually, I'm not sure if cursed
dragonscale is ever generated, but it never hurts to check.)
