You're not kidding. Replace the sustain strength ring with almost anything, even protection is better (although if you are just carrying it up like that to sell, feel free to ignore that). Don't forget to activate the DSMs against uniques, including the BDSM (if you can afford the weight); that should let you dive a bit deeper to get some decent equipment.

Personally, I wouldn't be carrying the healing potions *just* yet. Wait until 2000' (unless of course you wangle cold immunity from something).

Triple the number of phase door scrolls you are carrying. Nice job on the teleport level scrolls; regular teleportation rare?

Personally I find it a right PITA to keep zapping inventory lettered rods. If you want to make it easier, inscribe each with @z#, for # in [0,9]. I like to keep [0,5] for detection and [6,9] for attack, only suggestions of course.

Finally, I would also dive at least 300' deeper to get a few better items and a decent chance at some stat potions (deeper if you find better equipment).
