Problems with Pinball Pal!

Anyone lately have problems receiving stuff from Pinball Pal. I
purchased 8 track tapes before and button protectors and received my
stuff in a reasonable time. I purchased Shoot Out 8 track tape from
them over 3 weeks ago and never received the tape. I have been
emailing them and leaving messages on there voice mail but no one
returned any of my emails or messages. Finally I put a dispute in with
pay pal. Pinball Pal just returned my money with no explanations. I
stated in the dispute I just want my tape.
