Weird because mine is super nice and so are a bunch of others, so I
would say your experience is definitely not the norm.

Hugh, Eric is correct about the ipb pf's. Although you may not know
that his expactations are collector quality. I don't think I have seen
one IPB pf that could be installed in a collector quality game as is.
If there were one, it would not be the norm. I have about 3 IPB
products go thru here every month, so I see a lot of them. If you are
happy with the way they look, then it is all good for you. I have
found that expectations vary wildly.
I'm definitely not saying they are perfect, but that type of customer
wouldn't be happy with a NOS field either. When someone posts a
comment that insinuates that all of them are crap then it deserves a
rebuttal. Mine has no dust or dirt in the clear. It does have a
minor screening issue but so did a lot of the originals as well.
