Hello. I don't have a schematic for this game, and I am not sure where
to start with this problem. When I hit the drop targets they, drop
and score, but never reset. Not even when I start a new game.
Also 2 of the 3 pops score when I hit them, but don,t fire.
I am wondering if this sounds like a chip problem. I can't find any
burnned plugs on the boards, but I am not sure which plugs to be
looking at.
Thank you for any help.
By the way, I am going thru the wires working tward the boards from
the drops and pops right now.
Hi Ron,
Put the game in solenoid test.
Do the drops reset or pops fire during this test? I suspect not.
Do you have power at each lug of the suspect coils? I suspect so.
Could be a wiring issue from the Regulator/Driver board, a connector,
or a failed (open) transistor.
Do you have another Regulator/Driver board you can swap in?

Chris. good call. I have a flight 2000 with most of the boards. Is the
reg/ driver board the one with the big black heat dissapater with a
transistor in the middle, or the little board with the fuses?
